Kosuke Inada is the founder and CEO of Time Machine Underwriters. Kosuke previously worked at Rakuten General Insurance as a senior executive officer in charge of CEO office and a chief underwriter of Warranty & Indemnity insurance, as well as Rakuten Insurance Holdings as an executive officer in charge of M&A. Prior to those positions, Kosuke was a partner at Chuo Sogo Law Office, where he advised clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including insurance, reinsurance, litigation and M&A. Kosuke also has experience in working as a deputy director at Insurance Dept of the Financial Services Agency of the Japanese Government. Kosuke holds a B.Ec from Waseda University and a LL.M from University of Southern California Gould School of Law. Kosuke wrote many books including “Practice of W&I Insurance” which is the first book on W&I insurance in Japan.

Toshifumi Kajiwara is the Chief Underwriting Officer of Time Machine Underwriters. Toshifumi previously worked at LINE Corporation as the head of legal & compliance department and the data protection officer as well as LINE Healthcare Corporation as a director. Prior to those positions, Toshifumi was an attorney at Clifford Chance Law Office, where he advised clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including M&A, capital markets, banking and derivative transactions, financial regulatory advice and litigation. Toshifumi holds a LL.B from Kyoto University, a J.D from Kyoto University Law School and a LL.M from University of Southern California Gould School of Law.

Kota Sorimachi

Kota Sorimachi is an underwriter of Time Machine Underwriters. Kota previously worked at Ernst & Young (EY), where he advised clients on a wide range of corporate accounting matters. Prior to that position, Kota worked at Mitsubishi Corporation and Frontier Management as a M&A and business turnaround adviser. Kota holds a B.Ec from University of Tokyo.

Minori Ohyama is an underwriter of Time Machine Underwriters. Minori previously worked at the deals section of Pricewaterhouse Coopers Co., Ltd. (PwC) as an adviser of the M&A integration support and the financial due diligence. Prior to that position, Minori worked at Chuo Aoyama Pricewaterhouse Coopers, where she advised clients on a wide range of accounting matters, including the financial audit and the GAAP conversion. Minori holds a BA in international politics, economics and business from Aoyama Gakuin University and an MBA from University of Oxford Saïd Business School.
